Terms of Service

Welcome to Surely. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of Surely governing your use of the application and all related services.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this application. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be operated by a minor.

We collect and store basic account information including your email address, username, profile picture (if provided), push notification token, and a unique device identifier used for account security. Device metadata including platform, app version, and activity timestamps is also collected for device management purposes.

The collection and use of this information is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

To protect the integrity of user accounts and prevent credential sharing, Surely enforces a device binding policy. By using the app, you agree to the following terms governing device access.

Device limit. Each account may be simultaneously bound to a maximum of two devices. Attempting to authenticate from a third device will be rejected until an existing device is removed.

Device registration. When you log in or register, a unique device identifier is generated and associated with your account on our servers. This identifier is transmitted with all authenticated requests to verify that they originate from an authorised device. You are responsible for ensuring that only devices you control are bound to your account.

Managing your devices. You may view all devices currently bound to your account and remove any device at any time via Profile → Manage Devices. Each device record displays the platform, app version, registration date, and last active date.

Behaviour on logout. When you log out, your local session token is cleared. Your device binding on our servers is intentionally preserved. When you log back in on the same device, the existing binding is recognised automatically and no new device slot is consumed. To permanently unbind a device, use the Manage Devices screen.

Unauthorised device access. If you receive an error indicating that your device is not bound to your account, you will be redirected to the login screen. If you believe your account has been accessed from an unauthorised device, contact us immediately at help@mertscript.com.

We reserve the right to modify device limits and cooldown durations. Any such changes will be communicated in advance through in-app notification or an update to these Terms.

We are not responsible for any financial decisions, winnings, or losses resulting from the use of app content. Predictions are generated by automated systems and should never be relied upon as financial advice.

Users may post comments and interact with predictions within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to post illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful content; impersonate other users or public figures; post spam, advertisements, or solicitations; or share content that violates any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Surely offers optional paid subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period. Subscribing to Surely Pro removes all third-party advertisements.

Surely displays advertisements from third-party providers, including IronSource and Unity Ads. These partners may collect device identifiers and interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Free-tier users may be shown rewarded ads as an alternative to subscription-based access for certain features. Subscribing to Surely Pro removes all advertisements.

The app may include links to third-party platforms such as our official Telegram channel. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any external services.

Accessing external links is entirely at your own risk.

We may send push notifications related to app updates, new features, predictions, and announcements. You may disable notifications at any time via your device settings without affecting your account or device bindings.

Surely and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

This includes, without limitation, any losses arising from reliance on predictions, app content, third-party advertisements, or any interruption to service resulting from device binding enforcement or account security measures.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes — including changes to device limits or account security policies — via in-app notification or email prior to those changes taking effect.
